1. INTRODUCTION

HOTEL CANCELLATION FEES No fees will be charged to your credit card if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a customer's no-show without notice, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

These clauses do not apply to reservations made at special rates. In this case, the respective conditions established for this purpose will apply.

f. Price per room per night
The prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated. SARL HOTEL BELLEVUE reserves the right to modify these prices without notice for valid reasons.

The rates relating to the reservation are indicated during the reservation process. VAT will be applied to these prices without prejudice to local taxes also applicable in accordance with local regulations in force. These local taxes must be paid directly to the hotel.

g. Prices indicated at the time of booking include VAT (or equivalent tax) at the rate in force at that time.

In the event of a change in the tax rate between the reservation date and the date of provision of services, thus resulting in a discrepancy, the tax rate applied to the final price, according to the tax regulations in force, will be the rate applicable at the time of the provision of services or a cumulative tax, even if this results in an increase in the final price communicated to the customer when booking.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
