A century-old train to travel across the Blue Coast

Dear tourists, privileged guests of Belle Provence: you have landed in Marseille or you have come by train and you want to see the country. At Saint-Charles station, board the Train Bleu which crisscrosses the coast towards Miramas.

The little train of the Côte Bleue, a legendary route

Departing from Marseille, it follows a series of viaducts which span the sinuous coves established to the west of the Phocaean city.
In the distance, unfolds Marseille, the Frioul Islands, Pointe Rouge. The tower of the CMA CGM overlooks the urban setting.

The little train heads towards Miramas, via l'Estaque and Martigues: 50 kilometers, 18 viaducts, 23 tunnels. The journey lasts a total of 1 hour 15 minutes and allows you to explore creeks less known than those of Cassis.

This TER, both tightrope walker and bulldozer, is one of vacationers' favorite attractions because it drops them off at popular swimming sites that are sometimes difficult to access by car.

Bathers, but also hikers, often take it with pleasure because the price is completely affordable: 7 euros for a full-price one-way ticket.
