Your room overlooks the Old Port of Marseille and you really want to sail. Here are the different ways to board at the foot of the Belle Vue hotel.
Maritime shuttles to reach the beaches of Marseille and Les Goudes
They have resumed service since Saturday April 28.
The RTM maritime shuttles connect the Old Port to the beaches of Pointe Rouge and Estaque.
You can also reach Les Goudes from the port of Pointe Rouge.
In operation since 2012 throughout the summer season, these shuttles have been a great success with both locals and tourists.
The price of the crossing is set at 5 euros per person
To reach the small port of Goudes, at the gates of the Marseilleveyre massif, from the Old Port, you must take 2 shuttles: Old Port > Pointe Rouge then Pointe Rouge > Les Goudes.
The price is then 8 euros per person.
The shuttles operate until September 30.
You must purchase your ticket before boarding.

Shuttles to the Frioul and Calanques islands
To head towards the Frioul Islands and enjoy its secret beaches, you have to board alongside the shuttles but this time, the boats are a little more imposing :)
The Frioul Express shuttles provide service to the islands 7 days a week.
Timetables and online ticketing are available – individual tickets.
Alternatively, you can go to the ticket office to buy your pass.

To reach the Calanques , you can opt for regular companies such as Compagnies Maritimes Marseille Calanques and Château d'IF GIE located on the quayside of your hotel, opposite the Samaritaine brasserie.
Other companies offer customized departures and sea excursions. You can choose your boat: traditional fishing boat, catamaran, or cruising sailboat.
A great list can be found on the Marseille Tourist Office website!
