Both brazen and fearful, the sparrows of the Old Port are accustomed to come and rest on the edge of the balcony-terrace of the Caravelle bar-restaurant, where travelers who stay at the Belle Vue hotel take them breakfast.
Over the years, these little birds have become real stars on the social media of both establishments.
Involved in an eco-sustainable approach which was rewarded by the award of the Green Key label, the management of the two Marseille establishments therefore decided that it was high time to offer them a real ecological room with sea view !
A creation by designer Koska, a nod to MP2018 Quel Amour!
It was quite natural that the choice was made carried on the artist designer Mickaël Koska.
Trained in cabinetmaking, this enthusiast collects and collects objects which he then assembles according to his imagination.
To create this giant love nest, the artist chose chairs:
- Emblems of conviviality at the Caravelle bar-restaurant
- Synonymous with a beneficial break, as are stays at the Hotel Belle Vue.
Assembled in the shape of a heart, these chairs painted red send a knowing wink to the cultural event MP2018 What Love.
450 cultural events are planned in Marseille and in the department throughout 2018.
