Everyone seems determined, at the end of this health crisis, to adopt “citizen” behavior by consuming local produce as much as possible.
So, why let the millions of Euros collected by the platforms leave our territory which, moreover, will not pay a single cent of tax! Added to this flight is the growing disappearance of small independent hotels which do not have the strength to negotiate the exorbitant commissions imposed by the heavyweights of the internet.
